Bret Michaels Press Conference Show That Doctors Say He Will Recover

Bret Michaels press conference that happened on Tuesday gave those who enjoy gossip many details of the aging glam metal frontman. Bret Michaels’ prognosis is reported to be good, though he suffered from a massive brain hemorrhage on April 22. In the Bret Michaels press conference held at Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz., his doctor told reporters that Michaels is expected to make a 100 percent recovery.

The former Poison frontman and reality TV regular has been released from the hospital. Rumor has it that Bret Michaels’ condition could improve fast enough that he’ll make enough to pay his tax debt by appearing within the finale of Donald Trump’s “The Celebrity Apprentice” on Might 23. There are nevertheless seven finalists left although individuals are getting fired every week during his hospitalization.

The New York Daily News reports that doctors don't think that the appendectomy could have caused the condition. Dr. Ezriel Kornel, a neurosurgeon and member of the board of directors for the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, explained to the New York Daily News that “It is highly uncommon for a prior surgery to produce a brain hemorrhage”.

Brett Michaels' doctors said at the press conference that the blood clot around his brain will take an additional seven to 10 days to dissipate. The doctors explained it is a painful process causing severe back pain and spasms called chemical meningitis. To talk about his other health issues, Michaels is diabetic. Glucose management could be interfered if doctors use steroids to kill pain. Although there has been a lot of gossip circulating about Bret Michaels’ return to “Celebrity Apprentice,” his doctor told him not to make any promises of a return to the show.
